The LY-MAX propeller performance test system consists of LY-MAX propeller test stand (including sensor, tilting mechanism, acquisition box, water cooling machine, host), switching power supply, power system (motor, electric adjustment, propeller).

The LY-MAX Propeller Performance Testing System is specifically developed for testing in icy weather conditions. It can achieve a horizontal tilt of ±90 degrees. Equipped with six-axis, temperature, voltage, current, speed, and vibration sensing systems, it can test data such as the pull force, torque, speed, voltage, and current of the power system. The maximum testing power of the LY-MAX Propeller Performance Testing System is 200KW, and the maximum propeller diameter it can test is 100 inches.
The LY-MAX propeller performance test system is equipped with MET series test software. MET series software is a power system test software specially designed for the LY-MAX propeller performance test system. It is connected with the power system test bench to realize the measurement and data processing of the UAV power system data.
