Propeller Error

Some propellers are deployed by centrifugal force, and some propellers are deployed without centrifugal force. Regardless of the type and material of the propeller, after being damaged, it will affect the dynamic balance of the propeller. It's like we drive a car, the dynamic balance of each wheel is different, if there is a problem with the dynamic balance, the car will shake. In the same way, if there is a problem with the dynamic balance of the drones propeller, then the aircraft will sideways and back when we refuel during the flight. This is because the propeller works in the air, so its blades become unstable due to the influence of the vortex, so in this case we need to replace a new propeller.

 

Falling

There are two situations of free fall in the air. One is a free fall that completely loses power. The main cause of this situation is that the battery is powered off or out of power. There is also a powered free fall. This happens a little bit more on quad-rotor drones. The reason is that when the quad-rotor drone cannot provide enough power at one corner, the quad-rotor will not be able to maintain balance and fall. machine.

 

Body Shaking

When the drone body shakes when hovering, the solution is to check the motor installation angle. Because the installation angle of the motor is slightly deviated when the power is not sufficient, this problem is prone to occur.

 

Takeoff Roll

There are several reasons for this to happen. Please check the accelerometer, gyroscope, motor installation angle, motor speed, remote control channel value, and propeller rotation.

 

Unable to Take Off

When the drone cannot take off, even if the throttle is fully pushed, it cannot leave the ground, please check the battery level and propeller steering. You can't fly if the battery is dead, and you can't fly if all the propellers or motors are installed upside down.

 

Automatic Return

When the drone automatically returns to home, please check the battery level. When the battery power is too low, if the low battery return is set, the drone will return by itself. If the battery is charged but automatically returns to home, please pay attention to environmental factors that cause the signal transmission between the drone and the remote control to be disconnected. Also, check whether the remote control channel value is normal. If the remote control return channel is wrong, it may also cause the drone to return home.

 

Off Course During Flight

If the aircraft is found to deviate from the route during the flight, we first need to check whether there is a problem with the installation angle of the aircraft motor. If the problem is not resolved, you can check whether the GPS antenna point is consistent with the nose direction, whether there is any deviation, and whether the GPS dark turn position in the flight control assistant software is correct. If there is no problem after the previous inspection, then we need to check whether there is any problem with the installation position of the flight control.
