Introduction of the constant rotation speed function


The MET-VR6 is based on the MET-V6 software developed with the constant rotation speed control software, which can realize the setting rotation speed control of the motor.

 

The PID controller is used to measure the motor speed in real time, calculate the error with the target speed, and dynamically adjust the motor input signal PWM to eliminate the error, and realize the fast response and low jitter speed control by reasonably setting the PID parameters.

 

Rise time: <0.7S

Adjustment time: <1S (10% -90% max. rotation speed)

Overshoot volume: <1%

Steady-state error: ± 5 RPM (0.2% max. rotational speed)
